I had a similar problem last winter. The temperature was 5 to 8 degrees Celsius and the urethane took a week to cure. Tech support at Spirit Line said that 8 degrees was OK but I highly recommend heating the workspace to 15 Celsius. Sticky urethane seems to cure faster in the sun. Let us know if it ever cures.
