To answer the earlier question...I have a Bosch jobsite saw with a thin kerf Diablo finish blade. It does NOT have a zero clearance insert so that will definitely be an issue.

What I may do is just rip and flip 90 deg...so get all strips done, the angle the saw for that 7deg bevel and flip the fence over to the other side.

I figured there was a timesaving tip in there somewhere, this seems like it should do the trick.
