Woke this am to take the dogs out for our daily walk and found everything outside covered with about an inch of snow, still October, going to be a long winter.

Hi Bill,good news,your long winter makes for my long New Zealand summer,however the water is soft all year round down here at sea level at least.Just ,less "cold shock"for me.
