Epoxy: unheated shed
I'm finishing up my kayak: I have hatch lips, coaming, and seams to glass. It's getting too cold in the unheated shed where it is, but how cold is too cold? I'm using MAS slow and temps are just starting to dip below freezing in the dark of night. The MAS FAQ says clear coating above 55F, bonding above 45F. Can I set up something to bond during the morning, then it will in the right temp range for 8 hours, then it will get colder (it might get below freezing). Will this work? It's ok with me if the cure time is 4 days, as long as it will be strong. Thanks!
