You can either cut the thickness of the end form out of the centre of forms 0.5 and 13.5, and then stick them onto the end forms, or make them slot onto the end forms by cutting a U-shaped slot into both the end forms and the forms.

Its important not to just cut the forms in half, because then they would be the thickness of the end form wider than they should be
