Not sure the variation, but generally in the 1/8th range.

A 1/8 inch variation in the cut? That's way too much!

That's a major variation so whatever is causing it is prolly major too ... so the cause should be fairly easy to find.

I think you need to go through your complete setup. Stuff I'd look for are ...

A loose blade, a seriously racked blade, bent arbor, arbor flange face not perpendicular to the shaft, loose bearing fit, loose trunions, rip fence position slipping, rip fence flex, springback of the wood pulling the edge off the fence, power feeder pulling the cut off line, infeed/outfeed tables allowing enough flex in the wood to pull the cut off line ... or just the wood flex doing it if you aren't using infeed/outfeed tables, not starting with a straight edge on the board etc.

If ya don't use the power feeder do ya still have the problem?
