Thanks John, really appreciate the insight...

I noticed early on that there was some twisting (I have an unfinished basement) and bowing in the strongback, but i got around that by running the nylon guide lines and verifying alignment against that. I also plumbed a reference line 16" above the strongback to align the station center points and measure rocker. I clamped an incra ruler to the station line to verify rocker distance.

That part went off without a hitch. They're not in the photo album, but that's definitely one step that "made sense" to me.

It wasn't until I started test fitting strips that I realized there was a defect in one of the stations, so I need to fix that first before starting the fun...
