This guy ran his boat on the reef, then fled the scene, leaving three females (one a minor) on board the sinking vessel. He was apparently asleep at the helm with autopilot on while plying the waters of the VI where I kayak. Nice. We call these guys "the Puerto Rican Navy." Every three-day weekend or long holiday they come in droves, rafting up in swarms, and then head out in a blaze of glory.
