Just a follow up on my clear plastic (?nylon) tubes stuck in the Moroske tunnels. I did tests of solvents to try to dissolve them in a glass jar with acetone, naphtha, alcohol, paint thinner, xylene adhesive remover, WD-40 and so far nothing has touched them at all. I had considered trying muriatic acid however this is so corrosive that I was concerned it would damage the epoxy and glass, not to mention being dangerous indoors. I tried using steel braided cable threaded through the tunnel as a saw (like a camping saw) and this partially cut the tubing but I was not able to pull it out. I tried bending a wire hanger and threading it through, then heating that with a propane torch to try to melt it. No luck. Of course I could have re-done the tunnels by now, but I was a bit obsessively trying to solve a problem. Any other thoughts? THnaks
