If my experience with MAS is any guide, you will be fine. I did what you did on a massive scale, too painful to recall and describe in detail. I had to take off glass, scrape and I even used vinegar. I let it all dry and started over. The kayak is several years old now and has had plenty of use. Ther is no sign my mistake and removal treatment caused any issues with the epoxy I subsequently put on. (The good thing about that particular mistake is that you probably only do it once.)
