And you have to wait for the glue to cure before applying the next strip. How long is that? Different glues cure at different rates, so a novice will not realize the difference in cure times for TieBond, TieBond II and TieBond III and other glues.

So you've got nothing tacking the strip to the station when you remove the jig for the next strip right?

Or is this where extra glue squeeze out comes to the rescue to stick to the station?

Sorry, but I think if the strips are not tacked and remain in contact with the stations, you have problems you are ignoring and dealing with elsewhere. Like heavy surface leveling and fairing. Sounds like extra, unnecessary work to me.

I guess this works with some or most designs. This won't on mine. I want strips tacked securely to stations and strip edges aligned. This is job one! Everything else is make up.
