Quite agree seems like a huge amount of work for a one off or if you don't have a mould... but I l already have a full female mould.... although I don't intend to make huge numbers..... plans for 4 at the moment ... so I can lay up the monolithic skin , lay in the foam stringers and frames and then glass over in the mould.
So you don't consider there's any reason not to do it this way?
