I spoke with Nick via e-mail. Thanks for your reply Nick,

This is what Nick said.

"I have made adjustable seats, but my seat system is complicated to make. It involves a “T” shaped rail down the centerline of the boat. The seats slide on the rail and have a peg in the back that inserts into holes in the rail.

You could probably permanently mount a 3rd seat in the middle for an easy solution."
