Well Haven't had any luck uploading pictures, I will see what I can come up with.

I was able to get the second coat on in about 24 to 28 hours after the first coat. So to my understanding, I should have not had to worry about Ammine Blush.
I have a feeling the MAS epoxy was to cold. Michigan temperature dropped a bit over the last week ( low 18 High 37). even though I was able to get the room temperature up to 70 no problem the boat and epoxy was cold. I had a hard time pumping out the epoxy. I think this weekend I will sand down smooth and try another coat with the boat and epoxy warm.

I will let everyone know what I come up with.
