Bronze stembanding
In Response To: Skin-on-Frame: Wear strips on bow and stern. (Rich W)
If your seam is going so low that it will hit the ground when you beach it, this will not apply. After trying a few things I have settled on bronze half oval as used on canvas canoes. I start it under the seam as long as the seam is above grounding level. Once installed it should never need replacing.
