Don't forget blush occurs on the inside of boats too so wash and sand the area you are going bond to.
Put a coat of contact cement on each surface, let it dry then a 2nd coat on each surface but sandwich it together when the coat is not wet by very sticky. Never water based contact cement but the solvent types. I have thigh braces and other things that have been on boats for years with a lot of submerging and no problems.
