I bought wood for an upcoming luthiery project in January. It was cut in 1976 and came to from the desert in SoCal where it's been sitting, drying out, for the past 25 years. In another month it would probably be ready to use, but that will be our most humid time of year, so...
But I understand what you mean about applying epoxy. Thanks for taking the time to type up that message.
