These glue lines show up when doing so. I am about to epoxy this thing, are these going to pop up under the epoxy?

My suggestion: Take some scraps and glue up a 'test section' with gaps and glue similar to the area in the picture. Sand it and then epoxy it and you will have your answer. It will only be a delay of a day or two.
