Hello again. I am so new to blogs so forgive me if I don't get this correct. I included an up close pic of the deer antlers I used. My advice is to secure the antler very well and do not drill a pilot hole first. It seems to cause splintering or maybe it's just me and my lack of craftsmanship lol !
As far as the seat goes ... I had a snap dragon backband. I sewed a vinyl tooled leather pattern fabric over the back band. I then used artificial sinew to stitch is so it kinda looks like a baseball glove stitching. Thanks so much for the verbal pat on the back. I paddled it about 10 miles today. I will try and post a better pic the seat.
