have a few small dings I would like to fill and repair before varnishing

I believe a"ding" is an indent.I guess there is no glass in these areas (stitch &glue)but maybe there is.My dings (strip)make the glass cloth delaminate so I just live with them.If yours is just under varnish alone ,maybe use superglue as a filler?If there is delaminated glass cloth then surgical precision,cut out and patch.:-0 ,yawn.
