Strip: Flex Seal Clear

I am refinishing my kayaks. When I built them a few years ago I only put minimal coats of epoxy on the interior of cockpit and hatches to avoid slippery surfaces. Now I want to add some additional waterproof protection. Could I use Flex Seal Clear for interior of kayak?
