I didn't have the problem. Wouldn't do me any good to see the picture.

Two ways to add a picture.
Just above this spot on your answer there is a thing that says "Upload embedded file: Browse (in a box)"
If you have that you can use any picture on your computer.

Below the message box is caption "Optional Image URL.
Click there and add the URL of a picture you have on the internet. I personally upload pictures to "Picasa" which is a free service. Just view the picture full size, Right click and select "copy image location"
Then past the URL in the box
