From what it has looked like to me, it looks like the "yostwerks.com" domain wasn't renewed and a squatter grabbed it. AFAICT, no one has heard anything from Tom in months, despite mailing him - I did a last pass of searches before purchasing the ".org" domain.

As I mentioned in the original post, Tom surfaces and wants the .org, it's all his, free and clear.
