Strip: ROS with good dust collection ?

I need to get a ROS soon to start sanding my hull. I want a modest priced ROS but, with very good dust collection properties. I plan to hook it up to my shop vac and use it in my basement. I could go up to $150 for the ROS but, I'd rather stay
