Strip: ROS and vacuum hose?

Hi
I just picked up a Makita BD5041 ROS and want to hook it up to my shop vac, which uses 2-1/2" hoses
The ROS looks like it has a 1" fitting on it. Didnt see any good hoses at my local box store that would work.
What kind of hose do folks connect up to their ROS?
I dont want to be dragging a 2-1/2" hase around while sanding.
