Sorry your life is in turmoil.
If you really feel you will not be able to work on the boat in another two years, that describes a fairly bleak outlook.
Say where your located, a price and see where it goes.
You can wrap the entire thing in plastic and store it too and perhaps your new location will give you more opportunity to build than you thought. Two people can easily pick up the strongback and hull and move it fairly easily
