Another option to consider would be to pay some one else to finish building it. You've done a majority of the woodworking. The rest is mostly sanding and fiberglassing. A local builder might be able to help. They are used to epoxy and fiberglass work and should be able to finish it quite quickly. Doing so allows you can concentrate on your home and body and the kayak will be waiting for you. Just a thought...
