If the sprayskirt sizing is the problem, you can get one custom-sized. Snapdragon and Seals used to do them; see thread from 2011: http://www.kayakforum.com/cgi-bin/Building/index.cgi/md/read/id/212489/sbj/seeking-custom-spray-skirt-source/
Or you could make your own!
