I agree with Justin, if you've not worked with glass before, the high tech fabrics are not the way to start, stick with fiberglass.

Another advantage of doing the outside first is you can use scraps on the inside where you'll never see the laps. You'll have lots of scraps from doing the outside. Adding extra pieces where you sit (x2 for a double) and in the deck areas to reinforce the deck is a great place to use scraps.
