How do you plan to book match? You can only match two adjoining strips, so that would be each strip on either side of the center line, so unless you plan to use extremely wide planks it will only be 3/4" wide. It seems like a lot of work for questionable results. But you know the song- Who's Got the Last Laugh, Now?
