S&G: Warped Hatch *PIC*

Here is a picture of the front hatch on my wife's Pygmy Osprey std. It has been warped for some time and has underdeck bungees. Any suggestions on how to repair this? Both sides of the hatch are warped. The "moby" latches extend across the underside of the hatch lid.
