I tilt the ROS slightly to get the radius working into the concave. I work in long steady sweeps through the concave section.

Sometimes it is better to pull it with the aft edge of the disk dragging, and sometimes it is better to push with the fore edge digging. Go lightly over many passes.

This method can also be useful for the inside of the hull.
