Hard to recall ... it's been about 12 years. As I remember I checked the scaling by hand and found some scaling errors on the order of 1/16 to 1/8 inch on 2 forms ... dunno why ... the result as it comes out of the blueprint machine isn't super accurate. When I mounted and aligned all the forms I then ran a long batten over them to check fairness ... those same 2 forms were a bit undersized ... I just padded out those forms until the batten was fair at those locations. The bottom half of the hull was completely stripped when I decided to add a little depth for foot clearance ... so I just sawed the 3 forms forward of the cockpit in half at the shear line ... added a 1/2 inch spacer ... glued the top back on and faired the forms back into the shear by checking with a long batten. All of this was no big deal ... came out just fine.
