That upper deck line is never going to work.
It needs to come up to be similar to the next frame.
But it really doesn't matter.
When you assemble the frames you will immediately see the big dip in the side of the bow.
Your first strip will not bend enough to touch the end of the for and aft frame, the 1/2 frame and the 1 frame (and further down the gunwale).

It will be easy enough to make a correction later by removing the 1/2 frame on both sides and replacing it with something that makes a smooth surface.
Just a lesson you will learn.
No matter how good you thought you did, you still have to make adjustments to make it work. So you need to be looking for those places.
