Yeah, I have never been worried about it but a lot of discussion I read tell people to keep it in an environmentally controlled environment and "don't use old epoxy" and such. I hadn't heard of anyone using 10 year old stuff but mine is definitely closer to 10 than 1 year and is working great. I was mostly curious if anyone was really "pushing the limits" or had found any significant strength reduction they attributed to temperature cycling or anything like that.

I'm building a CF and plywood crossbow with this stuff and it seems just fine so far.
