On smooth epoxy if you pull our finger across it and you and see a trail in the gloss, that's blush.

On glass that has a weave texture it's harder to see. Some epoxies blush when there's humidity ands some just blush no matter what. I always wash unless I re-coat fast.

Blush is actually complex if you want to talk to a chemist. (not me)
