Strip: glassing the inside first...

Has anyone glasses the insides first when building a strip kayak? There are a couple reasons I want to try this. If anyone has attempted it or not attempted it but wants to share the steps they would take to pull it off let me know. Im coming up with a plan but it has issues. thx!!!!
