Do you wear a mask of any kind?
Even a paper mask will help, but one with replaceable cartridges which seals well to your face is best.

Do you have a vacuum system for dust?
Those can get expensive, but even if you have a box fan which you tape air filters to the inlet side will remove some of the dust.
Someones going to tell you that is not much help, and its true. I believe I saw a figure of 17% dust removal for a single surface fiberglass filter.
But its that much less for you to filter.
