Five years ago I met a someone who almost died from allergic reactions from working with cedar. Having a great dust collection system that your pocket book can afford, along with using the best respirator, throw away or washable coveralls may be the way to go. Even the best dust collection systems I have seen do not catch all the dust. I have not work with cedar or other wood for the last year do to dust irritation. For me spending the money was not a very good ROI.
