Have you put in all the frames and stringers?
The total shape will be caused by the weight and stiffness of the entire boat hung off the two frames.

Actually I don't build them that way, I locate each frame off of the beam I build off of, then attach the frames.
This builds in the rocker, but when you release the frames from the beam after assembling the boat the total stiffness of the frame may change the rocker. I have never noticed the change and did not check.

You should also realize that when sitting in the boat on the water the boat will bend somewhat, increasing the rocker.
No way to tell if it matters.
But the boat works well in any case.
