Rustoleum marine paint works fine, just a very limited selection of colors. Brightsides from Interlux or Easy-poxy from Pettit both also work fine and offer a much better selection of colors. All are easy to apply like Dan said, roll it on and tip off any bubbles with a fairly dry foam brush.
