This is why I seal coat the wood before I put on the glass, then the wood doesn't suck resin out of the glass.

The other problem that often happens is people order the glass early, open it up to look at it when it arrives then don't seal up the package and it gets dirty. Dirty or contaminated glass won't wet out right.
