Yikes! Sorry to hear that!

Another good reason to learn to hold a ROS lightly and let disk speed and grit do the work.

Holding the ROS firmly and pressing hard not only destroys the naturally fair surface created by the strips but also wrecks your body!

Best of luck to you for good results and a speedy recovery.
