I used a Harbor Freight occillating saw with a fine tooth wood cutting blade . It had a "fan tail" shape so it is narrower at each end. I lightly scribed my cut line with the blade so it would not wander in the cut using the edge of the blade. I then set the blade edge into the etching and cut through the deck using light pressure to make the penetration. I only used the narrow ends of the blade to make the cut and was able to make qiute tight curves. Light sanding of the edges cleaned up the cut very nicely. Quick and easy!
