Launching: Annual cold water paddling reminder
It is the time of year when people die while boating. Warm days attract people to get out on the water. Cold water kills if they accidentally fall in. Wear your life jacket. Even better, wear a wetsuit or dry suit, but at the very least wear your life jacket.
