Putting a day hatch (mini hatch) on the stern in the conventional position doesn't look like it would pose much of a problem and perhaps one might be fitted off to one side on the bow. Putting one in the middle of the bow though won't be an easy install, could be a heck of a lot of work including new gelcoat, not for the inexperienced.
