I use Epoxy to seal the edges of the plywood and wipe the rest down with Watco.
To dry a boat I drain out or pump out as much water as possible. Then I let the boat sit upside down in a sunny spot.
Another thing I do is when I am in salt water, I will fill the hull with it prior to draining. I think the salt helps preserve the wood.
So far everything seems OK.
