Are those cut strips 60" long (cut across the width of the glass) ?

Yes, I have rolls of 60" wide 4 oz. S-glass I use and I just cut strips off the roll.

I used to try to use scraps but it's so much easier and faster just to cut off the end of the roll.

Messing around with cutting and handling little bias strips is just a big PITA!

Straight cut strips follow and conform to the curves of the sheer without problem as long as you follow the steps I outlined.
