If you're looking to get that chocolate dark brown like the original Greenland boats, I would guess more like 3 or 4 spoons of Burnt umber per quart. One tablespoon will darken it a bit but not like the dark opaque brown you see in Greenland videos.
One tube will do you however. You have to experiment which you can do on the spot as you paint.
