I've had good luck with Soller Composites (http://www.sollercomposites.com).
I'm not sure how easy it will be to install Maroskes in a finished kayak, but there are probably threads you can search here from builders who know how. It might be easier to use bolt-in deck fittings by Kajaksport or others.
